This prerelease includes the current image workspace, versioned measurements, common statistical comparisons/associations and editable SVG/PDF output. LLM proposals remain off by default; production paid model calls are not enabled.

The actual ZIP passed fresh and repeated Windows setup with pinned Python 3.14.8 and Fiji, 26 installed browser cases (zero failed, skipped or flaky), independent generated-pixel statistics and bundle replay, and launcher shutdown. The new /workspace cases cover registered BBBC007 original images through correction/output and an explicit independent-unit comparison. Every archive payload was checked before publication.

Compatibility: the intended developer PC's Smart App Control blocks an unsigned SciPy extension. That native-PC limitation remains unresolved; these Windows CI results do not establish acceptance on that PC. Docker full-stack acceptance passed separately. No OS protection was disabled.

Public-image arithmetic and software acceptance do not establish detection accuracy on a private experiment, biological independence, researcher usability or journal acceptance. Private-study and human-use evaluation remain separate gates.

Setup reuses matching managed Fiji rather than downloading another copy for each application update. An unrelated Fiji installation is not silently altered or adopted. Research data and credentials are not included in the archive.
