connector-mcp 0.2.5

Fixes a crash that made 0.2.2, 0.2.3 and 0.2.4 unable to contact the wallet at
all: rustls panicked on an ambiguous crypto provider as soon as the signalling
connection opened, so no request reached the phone. One provider is now chosen
explicitly at startup.

If you are on 0.2.2-0.2.4, upgrade. 0.2.1 is unaffected.
