cgdist v0.2.1

Patch release: the Docker image now works in Nextflow and other workflow managers without extra options. cgdist, cgdist-cache and cgdist-diff are unchanged (outputs identical to 0.2.0).

Fixed

• Docker image: it now works in Nextflow and other workflow managers without
  --entrypoint "". The entry point runs cgdist when the first argument is
  an option (docker run IMAGE --schema ..., as before) and the given
  program otherwise (docker run IMAGE cgdist-cache pull ..., or the
  /bin/bash that workflow managers run); with no arguments it shows
  cgdist --help. The image also ships ps (procps), which Nextflow uses
  for task metrics.
• Cargo.lock: yoke-derive 0.8.3, yanked from crates.io, updated to 0.8.4.

No change to cgdist, cgdist-cache or cgdist-diff: outputs are identical to
0.2.0.
