qca version update.
kdelibs4support is required for plasma-desktop to compile. All three versions tested and do build.
Patches were from upstream OpenBSD cvs, no edits made. https://cvsweb.openbsd.org/cgi-bin/cvsweb/ports/devel/kf5/kdelibs4support/patches/
