Onboarding a teammate is now one pasted message, after which Claude does the install itself.
Slash commands like /plugin install are handled by the Claude Code CLI, so Claude cannot type them and will correctly tell a user to run them. The shell forms are ordinary commands Claude runs through Bash, and everything here is built on those. See ONBOARDING.md.
