GenyConnect v1.3.1

This update improves the macOS release package for the Apple ecosystem.

Fixed

Fixed macOS GitHub release packaging issues.
Reworked the CI flow to create a cleaner DMG package.
Added final ad-hoc signing after Qt deployment and helper bundling.
Improved compatibility for direct Safari/GitHub downloads.
Added validation for the final macOS app bundle and DMG.

Note: This release is still distributed outside the Mac App Store and is not officially notarized yet. If macOS blocks the app, right-click GenyConnect and choose Open.
