how do i select the initial modes in t display s3, i cant select anything i dont know what buton to use

A short press on one of the buttons changes from "WiFi Web" to "USB Serial" .
A long press 1 ou 2 seconds, on the top button, select the option.
If USB is selected, on the PC launch your terminal program
If Wifi Web is selected the T-Display will scan the Wifi and displays a list of access points
Use the buttons to select an SSID and long press the top button
Next enter the password following the explanations at bottom of screen

Entering the password with 2 buttons can be a little tedious. It is easier to connect to WiFi using "USB Serial" and the WiFi mode to connect to an access point. The SSID and password will be saved for later use.

I just made pull request #115 with an updated terminal setup for the T-Display.
I added information at each step.
Must be less confusing for the user.
