Geode Issue

• I confirm that this bug is NOT related to a mod but directly to Geode Loader itself.

4.0.1 (also happened some past updates, like 3 I think)

Mods Installed

Happens even in safe mode so...

Expected Behavior

The first time it happened I tried restarting the game, but it didn't work, also I grabbed the "assets" folder of GD and used it as texture pack but that didn't solved anything

Actual Behavior

No vanilla audio, I can hear custom songs or custom SFX, I don't have any mod that disables something of that.

Steps to Reproduce

Sometimes I open the game and there's vanilla audio, but majority of the time there isn't, I suppose that the game is not charging the files or something like that.

Additional Information

I reinstalled Geode without mods and the game audio was working fine, then I installed some mods but then it started happening, so I tried disabling the mods I just installed, but that didn't work, also tried the game in safe mode and the same thing happened

Can you tell the full path to your game directory?
This issue only happens if it contains non-ASCII characters.

I have the same problem but it's just not has any sound.

same on linux through proton, no sound at all, not even sfx.
It's not consistent, relaunching the game fix it sometimes, sometimes no.

Even as of 4.10.0 this bug still hasn't been fixed.
I tried uninstalling Geode Launcher and deleting its Android/media folder then doing a fresh reinstall without any mods, but not even that solved the problem.
