ZPC Power System

• Added ZPC (Zero Point Condensate) - an ultra-high-capacity energy module (40 billion EU)
• Added ZPC Interface Controller block - accepts up to 3 ZPCs and feeds power into connected energy conduits
• ZPCs integrate into the energy network alongside condensers, solar panels, and parabolas
• New GUI showing charge percentage, modules installed, energy output, and network status
• ZPCs can be ejected with sneak + right-click

Mobile Portal Controller

• Added Portal Mobile Keyboard - a handheld item that can dial nearby portals
• Works within 8 blocks of a portal core
• Opens the familiar portal dialing interface on use
