I thinkwe are good to go. Possibly we need to fix here and there. But the main functionalities are:
So Pixi is handy but not required. Pixi is not even in the final Docker Image. |

Migrate to
pixienv manager. Also involves package upgrades and in particular Docker build and deploy.NB as long as title this PR starts with 'WIP' do not merge.
