  • Updated bref/bref constraint from ^1.1|^2.0 to ^1.1|^2.0|^3.0 to support the newly released Bref 3.0
  • Updated PHP constraint from ^8.0|^8.1|^8.2 to include ^8.3|^8.4|^8.5

Bref 3.0 was released with PHP 8.5 support. The package works as-is with Bref 3 — this just loosens the version constraint.
