Standalone builds of Outpost - no runtime required.

Unzip and run outpost. The server listens on port 65432 and serves MCP at /mcp.

macOS: these binaries are unsigned, so Gatekeeper may block the first launch.
Run xattr -d com.apple.quarantine outpost once, or right-click the app and choose Open.

Checksums for every asset are in checksums.txt.
