Adds a targeted SoftOne customer creation retry for tenants that reject generated customer codes with the Greek error 'Ο κωδικός πρέπει να είναι της μορφής C'. The first request still logs the generated code, then the retry sends CODE=C so SoftOne can allocate the tenant-specific numeric customer code. Applies to customer sync, registered checkout customer creation, and guest customer creation.\n\nValidated with PHP syntax checks, order export readiness regression, Greek JSON decoding regression, and JS syntax check for the storefront checkout e2e spec.
