Pamphlet interaction fixes

Fixed several pamphlet interaction and display issues:

• Activity Steps no longer reuse the cover image as a hotspot background.
• Activity Steps now render as ordered buttons and panels with stable numbering.
• Sum-Up flip cards reset to their initial state when switching slides.
• Overview images render fully visible instead of being cropped.
