Popup brand alignment with wellmeproject.com

Updated the module popup styles to match the main WELLME site brand:

• Left panel: white background (was #eef1f4 grey)
• Right panel: #f8fafc light blue-grey (was white)
• Section headings: normal case, no uppercase / letter-spacing
• Cover title: normal case, no uppercase
• TOC box: light blue-grey background with brand-colour left border
• Section cards: lighter #eee borders
