Description
This PR fixes the download output mime type for layer download. Currently the download link was using always mimetype=image/tiff:
and with the fix the mime type of the link will match the file type.
This PR introduces also a redirect to a new page for the download link in case of Content-Disposition header equal to inline (this means the content of the download is displayed in the web page).
Note: Now GeoJSON will open a new tab instead of direct download because the server is adding a Content-Disposition header inline for json format.
