Gephi Spreadsheet Import does not load all edges listed in edge table

Hello,

i encountered a problem regarding the import of my edge table. All was running smoothly until i changed the row order in R with the data.table function order(), trying to change the egde rendering order in Gephi.
Now Gephi detects the correct number of edges in the Import-Report (4178) but only loads a fraction of that. De- and reinstalling Gephi 0.9.2 did not solve this issue. When importing a table consisting of all the edges not loaded, the same issue occurs, all edges are detected but only a fraction is loaded. Furthermore uploading an excel or a csv file does not make a difference.
