Under Development builds the Windows file downloads don't work.

Here is the error message:

404 - Not Found

Path /org/gephi/gephi/0.11.0-SNAPSHOT/gephi-0.11.0-20240825.184815-29-windows-x64.exe not found in local storage of repository "Snapshots" [id=snapshots]

MacOS snapshots are downloadable though.
