Eight gaps between declared ground and read ground, closed: the survey
extracts what it cannot read, drift is observed over surveyed documents
rather than remembered ones, review asks what disagrees without a note to
occasion it, notes ingests a directory, a source declares whether it is read
for prose or code, research done outside the ground leaves a row, a customer
is a subject with a history, and an approved outward write can actually be
carried out.

Three regressions the program's own adversarial review found in that work are
fixed in the same release: an unbounded model bill from directory ingest, an
apply path inert on two hosts and unconfined on the other two, and one
client's record fields reaching the prompt reasoning over another client's
notes.
