What's new

Full English translation of all 95 skill files — 24 SKILL.md workflows, 50+ reference files, 25 command files, rule files, and documentation.

dev: prefix applied to all name: fields in SKILL.md (e.g. name: tool-perf → name: dev:tool-perf). All 24 skills audited.

Preserved

All URLs, tool names, university names, author names, book titles, code blocks, and technical acronyms (OWASP, WCAG, DORA, SLO, CDC, GDPR, …) are unchanged.

Note on German/Norwegian sources

Skills grounded in German or Norwegian-language sources (TU Graz ISEC, NTNU IIKG3005) include a note that these sources are valid inputs — Claude processes them regardless of language.

Functional behavior

Unchanged for German-speaking users. Claude always responds in the user's language regardless of the skill file language.
