Highlights

• Parse all Makefile targets — the detector no longer relies on a dev/serve/start/run/watch whitelist. It now picks up every real target (excluding variable assignments, .PHONY, recipes, and private _* targets), so projects like LaTeX builds with make pdf or make all show up correctly.
• Subdirectory scanning — workspaces with nested projects (up to depth 2) now have all their stacks detected, with services tagged by their relative path.
• Python venv resolution — auto-detects .venv/venv and resolves the right python/uvicorn/flask binary.
• FastAPI package entry discovery — reads [project.scripts] from pyproject.toml so packages with relative imports launch from the workspace root.
• Runtime port detection — the webview now shows the actual port a service is listening on, parsed from terminal output.
• Crash detection — services that exit with a non-zero code are flagged with a red error icon in the sidebar.
