SDK-only maintenance release based on bundled Codex app-server 0.153.4. Generated protocol models and the supported public API signatures are unchanged.
- Preserve validated nested Python objects when invoking dynamic tools.
- Clean up cancelled requests reliably; make concurrent client shutdown and repeated stream reads deterministic.
- Keep stream owners alive during use and stop cancellation watchers when consumption ends.
- Publish generated contracts only after all stages succeed, and align release tags and artifacts to one commit.
- Remove unused stderr history, duplicated service protocols, obsolete schema-file helpers, and the disconnected schema transformer.

Validation: full suite 266 passed, 2 skipped, 92.02% coverage; make lint passed. The version bump also passed seven focused package/release tests and a local wheel build.
