This release standardizes the public skill names and release assets in
lowercase, makes GitHub Releases the single official distribution source, and
updates all three skills.

• adds a guarded, once-per-request handoff to READP after the requested table
  work is complete
• does not certify a reconstructed table as fully analysis-ready

• establishes 0.3.4 as the official release derived from 0.3.3

• preserves the formulas, rounding rules, and numerical results from rc.5;

• Dropbox is no longer maintained as a distribution source.
• Skill names and release ZIP filenames are lowercase.
• Each ZIP is a skills-only plugin containing exactly one skill.
• Each plugin includes .codex-plugin/plugin.json and stores the unchanged
  canonical skill source under skills/<skill-name>/.
• Published assets are versioned and are not replaced in place.

Download the required ZIP and install it unchanged through the supported
plugin installation flow in ChatGPT Work or Codex.

Runtime requirement

samplesize200 requires Python 3.10 or later and SciPy 1.11 or later in
the execution environment. The remaining runtime files, including the vendored
YAML dependency, are included in the skill.
