Deprecate member_identities for Vercel Marketplace account link (#55526)

Add WorkOS-identity helpers for the Vercel Marketplace link in `workos_client` (`parse_vercel_marketplace_idp_id`, `vercel_marketplace_accounts`, `VERCEL_MARKETPLACE_PROVIDER`). In the dashboard, handle the new `EmailBoundToVercelTeam(<slug>)` rejection when deleting an email, rendering an error with a link to the Vercel-managed team's members page (`ConfirmationDialog` now accepts a `ReactNode` error).
