v2.0.1 — Public repository restored

Restores the public source repository under the Get MCP Ads organization. Git history and the Apache-2.0 license are preserved. Repository and issue links now point to get-mcp-ads; the npm package name and MCP server identifier stay unchanged.

This patch updates distribution metadata only. Tool behavior is unchanged.

Validation: clean dependency installation, typecheck, lint, generated catalog, and tests passed locally; GitHub CI passed on Node 22 and 24. npm and MCP Registry publication are tracked separately.
