Increase LDK maximum inbound channel size

Currently it's 16M sats. LDK team says it's fine to increase. (needs a change in our LDK-Node fork on the user channel config)

Hi @rolznz, i would like to pick this issue.
It looks like I need to patch the config in the ldk-node rust fork first, and then update the hub dependency. Just wanted to double-check if that's the right workflow before I start things? Also, any preference on the new max limit size?

This can be done with the upcoming LDK-Node 0.8 release (contains improvements for on-chain too)

limit should probably be completely removed (or >10BTC)

After release, we should also update our channel suggestion LSP limits and let LSP partners know.
