[REQ]Add windows version short-cut key

1. Issue: Am using windows 10 under user mode (company laptop no system admin)
2. Right now the short cuts are not working, like refresh data as well as other functions
3. Please check to see if you can add windows-side short-cut support for the Victims of genuine software

Thanks for the clear report and the screenshot, Abraham — that screenshot is what pinned it down.

Good news first: this has nothing to do with your account not having admin rights. The app registers no system-wide hotkeys, so nothing here needs elevation. The bug is ours.

The renderer's keyboard handler required event.metaKey and explicitly rejected event.ctrlKey. On macOS metaKey is Cmd, so it worked there; on Windows metaKey is the Windows key, which the OS shell takes for itself. The result is that navigation (1-8), Settings and Refresh never fired for you — and the sidebar kept showing the macOS ⌘ keycaps, which is exactly what your screenshot captured.

PR #919 fixes both halves: shortcuts now use Ctrl on Windows and Linux (Cmd stays on macOS), and every keycap label follows the platform, so the sidebar reads Ctrl+1 … Ctrl+8 and Ctrl+,, with Ctrl+R for refresh.

One detail worth mentioning: Ctrl+Alt combinations are deliberately ignored, because AltGr on European keyboard layouts is delivered to the app as Ctrl+Alt. That way the shortcuts can't swallow a character you are trying to type.

Once it lands and ships in a build, it would be great if you could confirm on your Windows 10 machine. One known gap up front: on layouts where the number row needs Shift (AZERTY and similar), the numbered shortcuts still won't fire. That needs a separate change and is tracked as a follow-up.
