Measured against production: initialize and tools/list answer anonymously,
but tools/call on search_apis, list_apis and get_api each return 401. So
"browse the catalog before you have an account" was false everywhere this
package says it - the README, and all three key descriptions in server.json,
which the MCP Registry republishes to every aggregator that reads it.

Keyless catalog reading does exist, over REST at /catalog and
/catalog/search, so the README points there instead of removing the promise.
