Fixes a sidereal composite chart sitting half in each frame: its bodies and
Midheaven were rotated into the sidereal zodiac while its Ascendant and cusps
were not, leaving the chart internally inconsistent by 13.6 degrees.

Right ascension is measured from the true equinox, so deriving the composite
angles from an already-rotated Midheaven produced an ARMC wrong by the
ayanamsa. The Midheaven is now put back into the tropical frame for the
geometry and the whole result rotated once at the end.

Affects sidereal composite charts, composite houses, composite transits to the
angles, and the progressed composite. Tropical charts are unchanged.
