UNSIGNED MANUAL RELEASE - UNKNOWN PUBLISHER

This Chunes MSI is intentionally unsigned. Windows will display Unknown publisher. It must be installed manually; Chunes does not automatically install unsigned updates.

The MSI and tag become immutable when published. A matching checksum verifies byte equality with this GitHub asset; it is not Authenticode publisher identity and does not make the MSI signed.
