## What does this change?

Prepare v0.0.12 by updating the application version in Cargo.toml and
Cargo.lock and incorporating the application audit fixes on this branch.

- Strengthen typed invariants for history windows, shard depths, file
transfers, journal replay, and reconciliation.
- Fix rollback and recovery behavior for moves, materialization, cache
cleanup, and lock reshaping; preserve overlapping and Unicode
materialized paths.
- Harden filesystem and Git integration against symlink and
concurrent-update edge cases.
- Consolidate comparison, path construction, encoding, and validation
logic; reduce redundant allocations, database reads, and transfer
buffering.
- Add regression coverage for the corrected failure paths and boundary
cases.
