Navidrome Token md5(password + salt)

Good morning

First of all I would like to congratulate the work done, it's great even for a person like me who is not familiar with all this

I have a blocking point on the Navidrome widget I don't understand the token what I have to put
token: token #md5(password + salt)

If I have

• username = username
• passwd = Password123

how should I proceed?

Use e.g. https://www.md5hashgenerator.com and paste in username and salt (nothing in between them)

      user: admin #password admin
      token: 8d253e163606489984701a66ce03024e # using site above with adminca976fd9
      salt: ca976fd9

I also didn't know where to look for it but after some searching, I found it in the cookies although I'm not sure if there's an easier way to get it. Anyways, here's how you find it.

1. Go to Navidrome
2. Log in
3. Open Inspect Element
4. Look for the "Storage" tab
5. Look for Local Storage and inside it, you should see your domain, press it
6. Look for the key "subsonic-salt" and copy the value

I'm using Firefox so steps may vary depending on the browser.
