Pulse animation plays for Crowdsec widget when no active alerts or bans are present

Description

When there are no alerts or decisions in the last 24 hours, the Crowdsec widget gets stuck visually in as if it were loading

So the numbers are displayed as '-' instead of 0, and the pulse animation plays.
When there is at least one alert or decision, it correctly displays the number 1 and there is no pulsing animation.

I'm using the v1.8.0-debian Docker version of Crowdsec.

I guess the bug is related by crowdsec returning a literal null string instead of an empty array when there's no result for the query.
