This PR makes progress on #1705, updating translations in outdated-version.html.

I didn't check anything.
Why is this the best possible solution? Were any other approaches considered?
I copied the translations from the
ExtraTranslationscomponent in Frontend.Before submitting this PR, please make sure you have:
