Increase the lower and upper bounds to:

  • take account of larger contexts in forked repositories, and
  • tighten the acceptable margin

What has been done to verify that this works as intended?

  • tested in this repo
  • tested in a forked repo

Why is this the best possible solution? Were any other approaches considered?

It's a gradual change, so it doesn't indicate a problem with the change in size expecatations.

How does this change affect users? Describe intentional changes to behavior and behavior that could have accidentally been affected by code changes. In other words, what are the regression risks?

No effect - purely a CI concern.
