With getodk/central-backend#1357 & getodk/docs#1912, closes #846
What has been done to verify that this works as intended?
e2e tests in central-backend. Suggestions for higher-level tests appreciated!
Why is this the best possible solution? Were any other approaches considered?
It seems simple and in-line with existing s3 configuration.
How does this change affect users? Describe intentional changes to behavior and behavior that could have accidentally been affected by code changes. In other words, what are the regression risks?
Should not have a direct effect on users, although changes to central-backend may.
Does this change require updates to documentation? If so, please file an issue here and include the link below.
