As a project manager,
I want to add my logo to my form
So that my form looks more formal and recognizable to end users

"Want to incorporate the brand so users know they are using an official form. I can imagine that helps with trust."

Design

1st slice suggestion

• specify they want to add a logo in xlsform
• logo is at the top of the form (above the title card)
• fixed height but works for both horizontal and vertical logos
• must add a transparent image (png)

2nd slice

• if user adds a logo with a background, we add a white rounded border so that it looks nicer and consistent with the card styling
