Fixed

  • Kept configured cloud providers and active migrated accounts usable while certification evidence is being populated, without making uncertified providers publicly claimable. Migration 085 validates only linked, active, non-revoked legacy grants with stored encrypted access credentials. Cloud operators can opt into strict operational evidence enforcement with OPENPOST_PROVIDER_CERTIFICATION_ENFORCED=true after the required runtime controls, approvals, tests, and scope evidence exist.
