[Bug]: Add Google Font has no effect

Describe the bug

When I add a Google Font, say https://fonts.googleapis.com/css2?family=Tangerine&display=swap it appear to successfully add the font, and it's available in the menu, but the text displayed does not change.

Expected behavior

The text should switch to the Google Font imported and selected

To Reproduce

1. Add annotation
2. In Annotation Settings, click on + Add Google Font
3. Paste in a valid @import url such as https://fonts.googleapis.com/css2?family=Tangerine:wght@400;700&display=swap
4. Click Add Font

There is a notification that the font was added successfully, and it's selected in the font list, but the annotation font does not change.

Closing this, as the problem was network related; middle-man cert errors due to SSL proxy were blocking the import.
