Tracks proxykit-cli 1.2.0, the first release carrying per-tool MCP annotations.

  • 19 read-only tools no longer advertise themselves as destructive, so hosts stop prompting for confirmation before pure reads.
  • 9 destructive and 4 open-world tools are declared accurately.
  • The server now publishes instructions describing the PROXYKIT_MCP_TIER tiers.
  • proxykit-mcp reports its real version instead of a hardcoded 0.1.0.

Dockerfile pins proxykit-cli 1.2.0 (linux-amd64 sha256 2b5a8dd602ab4961842110c12779d639a9429be53b56e53c14019bd6263f5135).
