The dashboard header used the line-art avatar, while the installable PWA used the color icon.
This change uses the transparent color icon for the PWA and desktop header. On mobile, the shell header and navigation sheet show the configured bot name instead of an icon. Junior supplies that value from
botConfig.userName.Checks
