Remove the deprecated `@sentry/types` package. It has only re-exported from `@sentry/core` since v8, so all types should be imported from `@sentry/core` instead. Closes: #18256 Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com>

@sentry/typeshas only re-exported from@sentry/coresince v8 and has been deprecated since then. Installs have dropped off, so v11 is a good point to stop publishing it. The v11 migration guide already documents importing types from@sentry/coreinstead.Closes: #18256
