Steps to Reproduce

In "Explore > Discover > Transactions" you can provide a custom interval

In "Explore > Traces" this option does not exist.

Expected Result

As part of the transactions to spans migration, "Explore > Traces" should have feature parity with "Explore > Discover > Transactions".

Actual Result

There is no option.
