Dogfood HTTP request source

We recently merged getsentry/sentry-python#4902 in the Python SDK but disabled the flag by default.

We will now dogfood the feature before enabling the flag by default.

The corresponding UI for handling the new attributes for http.client spans has already been merged: #101296
