Add the ability to create an Inbound Filter based on the content of breadcrumbs #109646

Problem Statement
We would benefit from the ability to create an Inbound Filter based on the content of breadcrumbs.
Unfortunately with a crash like this:

we can only really filter on the bread-crumb content (“STL: License Error: 0 Incorrect host version”).
Any other type of Inbound Filtering results in unrelated defects being filtered.
