phantomjs not available

When I'm trying to build from source by runnig make, I got the following error:

It seems to me there is something wrong with the bitbucket cdn.
Is phantomjs installation a must? Is there a way to ignore this error and continue installing?

phantomjs is only required to running tests.

From the git clone, you can just do: make dev-postgres likely, or take a look at the other options inside the Makefile.

fwiw, that file seems to be working now, at least.
