Summary
Add ability to rename existing U2F devices
Motivation
After the #24001 issue occurred, some users can find themselves in the state of having their U2F devices incorrectly named and they may want to fix it. The only way right now to accomplish this is to remove and re-add every single device they've already enrolled, which is not only a bad User Experience, but it may be impossible for some users to accomplish, as they may be forced to use 2 factor authentication by their organization. If they don't have the ability to enroll a different one, they will not be able to accomplish this task.
