Steps to Reproduce

direct both Critical and Warning status to team-application-monitoring-angelo (id C047J0QCPPS)
Save (success)
change Critical status to team-application-monitoring-angelo-2 and clear ID field
Save (error)
Change Critical status to team-application-monitoring-angelo-2 and set ID to C04R9S03TCP
Save (success)

Expected Result

So there are a couple of things going on:

1. The Channel ID does not get cleared when changing the channel name
2. Clearing the Critical ID also doesn't save the alert
3. Clearing both manually saves the action successfully
