Set Audience of Weekly Reports at Organization Level vs Only Admins by Default

Problem Statement

Currently by default, admins are the receiving audience of the Weekly Report. The default audience cannot be adjusted anywhere.

Additionally, please see this customer's feedback on who the ideal defaulting audience should be:
Why would users in a project want to know about projects in the complete org? I would actually say that the setup would fit the owners more than the admins.

Solution Brainstorm

Ideally, the default audience of the Weekly Report would be able to be adjusted at the Organization Level in the Org Setttings. Per the customer's feedback, the default audience could be set initially as the owners of the organization instead of the admins.

Thanks for the feedback, the weekly digest may like evolve in the future so I am adding this to the backlog but we're unlikely to get to this anytime soon

Thank you for the update @Dhrumil-Sentry ! Also adding some additional feedback from the Sentry team if/when the updates to the weekly report are made per @michaelchai-sentry. Maybe this can also be a configured setting along with the audience?
Customers have also told us they only want to see issues/stats from production environments
