Feature request: add option to rate-limit per project per environment #49839
Description
Problem Statement
Currently, there is only a way to allocate a certain limit of events per project but the ability to have an additional filter around the environment is lacking (Please see screenshot below).
Solution Brainstorm
For example, it would be great if we could put a cap on events per project but also a cap on events per project per environment. Thanks
